Registration process
Registration for the 27th ENC & XVI N-MET congress is simple:

– Please complete all of the fields in the registration form as indicated. Check that your e-mail address is correct, as it will be used for sending complementary information. Once you have sent the form, you will receive a confirmation message.

Payment
You can pay by bank transfer. The transfer must be free of charges for the beneficiary.
Your registration will be confirmed once confirmation of payment has been received.

Cancellation
In the event that you are obliged to cancel your registration, please take the following into account:
• Cancellations made before 30 April 2024 will incur a charge of 25% of the registration fee paid.
• Cancellations made between 01 May and 01 August 2024 will incur a charge of 50% of the registration fee paid.
• Cancellations made after 01 August 2024 will not be refunded.

IMPORTANT: This policy is only applicable for cancellations to Congress registrations. Hotels will apply their own cancellation conditions.
